Medium to large pear with greenish yellow skin blushed red. Flesh is crisp and juicy with sprightly flavor and coarse texture. Stores well. Tree is highly resistant to damage from extreme hot or cold temperatures, also resistant to fireblight. Use for cooking and canning. Dependable crops. Ripens September to October.
