Galaxy Peach - Standard

New "flat" or "saucer" peach considered to be a gourmet treat! The white flesh is sweet tasting with the pleasantly firm texture growers describe as "melting." The fruit is 3" across and weighs a hefty 1/3 lb - 25% larger and 50% heavier than the Donut peach. The skin is light cream accented with an attractive red blush and features the traditional delicate aroma of white fleshed peaches. It ripens in late June. Zones 7 to 10. 450 chill hours.
