Garden Delicious Genetic Dwarf Apple
Greenish yellow apple with red blush to full red color. Sweet, crisp, superb flavor, even in hot climates. Use fresh or cooked, good keeper. 8-10 ft. tree; smaller with pruning. Ripens in early September. Zones 4 to 8. 500 hours or less. Self-fruitful. Available on Apple.
Anna Miniature Apple
Remarkable fruit for mild winter climates in southern California and southern Arizona. Bears heavy crops of sweet, crisp, flavorful apples even in low desert. Use fresh or cooked. Keeps for two months in the refrigerator. Ripens in July. Zones 5 to 10. 200 hours. Self-fruitful or pollenized by Dorsett Golden or Ein Shemer. Available on Gen.
Dorsett Golden Miniature Apple
Outstanding, medium to large, firm, very flavorful sweet apple for warm winter areas. Productive throughout southern California and Phoenix, Arizona. Also recommended as good early season apple for central California. Ripens in late June/July. Good pollenizer for Anna. Zones 5 to 10. 100 hours. Self-fruitful. Available on Gen.
Fuji Miniature Apple
Recent introduction from Japan; now California's favorite apple. Sweet, crisp, very flavorful. Dull reddish-orange skin, sometimes russetted. Ripens in mid to late September; excellent keeper. Excellent pollenizer for other apples. Zones 4 to 9. 500 hours or less. Self-fruitful. Available on Gen.
Gala Miniature Apple
(Original Gala) Wonderful dessert apple from New Zealand. Skin is reddish-orange, striped over yellow. Crisp, dense, aromatic flesh with nice blend of sweetness and tartness, rich flavor. Good pollenizer for other apples. Ripens in August, 2-3 weeks before Red Delicious. Adapted to cold and warm winter climates. Zones 4 to 10. Chilling requirement apparently less than 500 hours. Self-fruitful. Available on Gen.
Granny Smith Miniature Apple
From New Zealand. Large, late, green, all-purpose, very popular apple. Crisp, tart, excellent keeper. Requires long summer; thrives in hot climates. Prolonged bloom; good pollenizer for other apples. Ripens in October/November. Zones 6 to 9. 500 hours or less. Self-fruitful. Available on Gen.
Blackberry, Baby Cakes Thornless
Dwarf bush perfect for pots. Grows three to four feet with a compact, rounded habit. Large, sweet berries ripen in summer and, in most areas, are produced twice a year. 400 hours. Zones 4 to 9. POTTED.
Raspberry, Raspberry Shortcake
Thornless, compact bush to two to three feet, perfect for pots. Dense growth. Abundant crop of sweet berries in mid summer. 500 hours or less. Zones 4 to 9. POTTED.
Jelly Bean Blueberry
Very small plant with elongated green leaves. Grows one to two feet, ideal for pots or a small hedge. Produces large, flavorful berries in summer that taste like sweet, homemade blueberry jelly. 600 hours or less. Zones 4 to 9.
Peach Sorbet Blueberry
Small plant with leaves of peach, pink, orange and emerald green. White flowers in spring lead to an abundant crop of sweet berries in summer. In most climates, the leaves stay on in winter and turn a lovely purple. Grows one and a half to two feet. 300 hours or less. Zones 5 to 10.
Pink Icing Blueberry
Grows three to four feet with foliage that is blue, deep green and shades of pink. Leaves turn iridescent turquoise in winter. Berries are large and robustly flavored. Excellent foliage plant as well as producing wonderful fruit. 500 hours or less. Zones 5 to 10.
Sunshine Blue Blueberry
Dwarf southern highbush cultivar - three to four feet tall and wide. Semi-evergreen, particularly good for container gardening. Firm blueberries, 80 per cup. Yields of five to ten pounds per bush. Good fruit quality. Ripens mid to late season. More tolerant of high pH soil than other southern highbush and rabbiteye types. Hardy in zones 5 to 10. 150 hours.
North Star Dwarf Cherry
Dwarf sour cherry is attractive, densely foliated, naturally small tree growing to about 8-10 ft. Large, meaty, tart, red skinned cherry with red juice is excellent for pies and cobblers, also used fresh when fully ripe. Hardy to -40 degrees F. Very productive, often bears in second year. Resists cracking and brown rot. Ripens early to mid June in central Calif., a little later than Montmorency. Zones 4 to 9. 500 hrs. Self-fruitful. Available on Mazz.
Bing Miniature Cherry
Large, firm, juicy, sweet, nearly black when ripe. Superb flavor, the number one cherry. Ripens late May to mid June. Zones 5 to 9. 700 hours. Pollenized by Black Tartarian, Lapins, Van, Rainier, also Stella in colder climates. Great for containers or small gardens. Available on Z-Dwarf.
Black Tartarian Miniature Cherry
Medium sized, nearly black, sprightly flavor. Vigorous, productive tree. Ripens in mid to late May. 700 hours. Pollenizer required; interfruitful with all popular sweet cherries. Zones 5-7. Available on ZD.
Arctic Babe Miniature Nectarine
The first miniature white fleshed nectarine, the result of interspecific breeding by Zaiger! Extremely sweet with large fruit. Grows four to six feet tall. Ripens late May to early June. Zones 6 to 9. 700 hours or less. Self-fruitful. (Zaiger) Available on: Lov.

Necta Zee Miniature Nectarine

Nectar Babe Miniature Nectarine
Excellent quality, mid season, yellow freestone nectarine with sweet, rich, delicious flavor. Heavy bearing 5-6 ft. tree. Ripens in July. Zones 6 to 9. 400 hrs. or less. Pollenized by Honey Babe or other peach or nectarine. (Zaiger) Available on: Lov.

Black Jack Fig
Large, long, purple fig with strawberry colored flesh is juicy with sweet flavor. Tree is a natural dwarf; easily kept under 6-8 ft. Very heavy producer. Ripens Aug. to Oct. Cold hardy to zone 7. 100 hrs. NOTE: Due to their sensitivity, figs are NOT guaranteed.
Ischia Green Fig
Small to medium, thin skinned greenish yellow fruit. Strawberry red flesh with fine flavor and excellent quality. Fruit is resistant to damage by weather and insects and is not attractive to birds. Excellent fresh or dried. Tree is somewhat dwarf and does very well in pots. Heavy bearer. Zones 7 to 10. 100 hours. Self-fruitful.
Violette De Bordeaux Fig
Black fig with dark red flesh and rich flavor. Tree is small and well adapted for container culture or small spaces. Early crop is pear shaped with a thick, tapering neck; main crop is variable, often without neck. Good fresh or dried. Zones 5 to 10. 100 chill hrs. Self-fruitful. NOTE: Due to their sensitivity, figs are NOT guaranteed.
Mulberry, Dwarf Bush
Continuously produces sweet, blackberry-like fruit throughout the season. A great choice for containers. Mature height is ten to twenty feet in the ground. Zones 5 to 11. Self-fruitful. Potted.
Garden Prince Genetic Dwarf Almond
Compact, lushly foliated 10-12 ft. almond tree with large, light pink blossoms. Soft shelled nuts are especially sweet and tasty. Bears young and heavy; ripens late, in October. Cold hardy to zone 9, maybe 8. 250 hrs. Self-fruitful. Pat. No. 5146 (Zaiger). Available on Nema.
Bonanza Miniature Peach
Popular yellow freestone peach on 5-6 ft. tree. Mild flavored fruit is large with sweet, low acid flesh and yellow skin with red blush. Ripens mid to late June in central Calif., earlier in low desert climates. Low chilling requirement, Zones 6 to 10. 250 hrs. or less. Good for desert areas. Self-fruitful. Available on: Nema.
Garden Gold Miniature Peach
Delicious yellow freestone peach. More vigorous than other miniatures. Ripens in August, 2 weeks after Elberta. Late bloom with showy blossoms, is less susceptible to frost damage. 5-6 ft. tree. Zones 6 to 9. 500 hrs. or less. Self-fruitful. (Zaiger) Available on: Lov.
